just bought a red 97 civic 2 door and i love it. it needs some new tires so i thought what the hell ill go ahead an buy some rims for ir too. im torn between these two rims and was wondering what yall thought would look best on my car... any thoughts would be great

 

I like the first ones.

 

speedy rims are cheap, i like the second ones tho. rota makes a version of the second ones called rota slipstreams.

 

i know there cheap but im almost outa high school but still have crappy high school job. i know about the slipstreams and plan on upgrading tot hose when i get the money. by cheap do u mean... shitty finish/easily chipped etc... or just pricewise.? i dont wanna buy some rims that are gonna fall apert one me

 

how much are speedy rims comapred to rota?

i cant imagine them costing too much less than rotas.. and rota makes a fairly reliable wheel.. just save the cash and wait till you can afford at least rotas..

thanx for the replys... i had considered the slipstreams but just considered they were gonna be too expensive so i never checked them out. but i did and they arent too terribly more expensive than the speedys.

 

you'll have a hard time re-selling speedys. wait till you have money for rotas.
