hi, just wondering, is there an obvious difference (where i can distinguish which is which) between the volk te37 and the rota grid (te-37 knock-off). i can't seem to find any. btw, i own a civic.

 

Volk's have their logo on the rungs to show that they're the real deal. They also decrease inward a bit towards the center, where as the grids don't. But hey, i'm certainly happy with my grids! thanks again cashis

their depth increases as they move to the center, not by much, but its noticable.

 

The larger sized TE37's tend to funnel towards the center of the wheel



Where as the Grids are pretty much flat throughout the face of the wheel

That's for the lower offset ones. The stock offset Volks dont.

the logo is easy. you can get the sticker almost anywhere. my friend has it on his grid.

and one thing i wanna share, i once tought that the rota slipstreams were carbon copy of the spoon sw388 ( bet lot of you agree with me). until, someone here in the forum, (i think its dart asiandood) told me one noticable difference between the two. if you look closely on on the lips, the slipsteam has extra ridges compare to the cleaner lines of the sw388.
