Considering the height of your car now, I'm thinking you might need one. I'd check your tires for wear every month or so (on the inside) to see if they haven't prematurely gone bald.
Is this what you are talking about?

Yup.

18secferio has them on his car with no problems. You might want to try contacting a vendor in the classified forums (functionmotoring). Though he sells the Omni-Power coilovers, I'm think he could get the camber kits for a good price as well.

looks good.

Hopefully your painted fogs will hold up. I painted mine yellow with Krylon stained glass paint, and they started chipping off in a couple of weeks from the heat of the lights (stock bulbs). I was using them whenever my headlights were on. I think I should have waited longer in between coats.

if you put some clearcoat on the fogs, you should be fine i think...
otherwise, i gotta say your car is pretty hot.
i think if you shaved the license plate holes on the bumper, your front end will look alot better.
maybe paint the clear sidemarkers amber in addition

 you don't put clearcoat on stuff like fog lights. First off, you'd have to sand it, but if you sand the surface lense of a light, it's going to scuff really bad, and no amount of clear coat will clear it back up. Secondly, even if you do sand and prep the lense "good enough"...there's still no guarantee that the clear will stick. We've had bumpers at the body shop sanded so much that we thought there was no way the paint would peel...but a few months later, if there was a chip in the paint, the paint around it would just flake right off.
