How much is it lowered? What size wheels are those? Are those real Spoon mirrors or Spoon style?

It's just got Ground Control w/ Tokico Illuminas (cut perches) for now, hoping to get some full coilovers this Spring.

Wheels are 16" Advan RG 1s

The mirrors are either Seibon or VIS, I dont remember.

I am thinking about lowering my car but my budget is low. Should I get lowering springs or coilovers?

You will regret lowering springs.

Why? I do not have the money for full coilovers. What about coilovers like ground control? The only problem with that is I would not know the exact height if I got coilovers. I would be installing them myself.

springs < coilover kit (sleeves) < coilover system (full)

I run Skunk2 coilovers and they work great. The adjustability will be very missed if you just get springs and you never know if they will all settle at the same height. Get c/o's.

BTW, they are trial and error. You put them on guessing where they will make the car sit. If you don't like it you just jack the car up again and change the height. It's easy.
