Default Help with a decision

OK guys im looking for some help on a decision im trying to make. Ive been looking at a certain bumper for a while now and recently found a picture that boosted my interest in the bumper. The difficulty comes in the fact that i can not find this bumper in urathane and I know there are alot of headaches involved with fiberglass. My question is just HOW bad is fiberglass to deal with? My car isnt slammed crazy low so i dont have huge clearence issues, and I know a guy that would do a damn good job painting it, but are fiberglass bumpers just to much trouble to deal with? Heres the pic i was talking about...
its from the Mugen kit for del sols

Fiberglass breaks easily, yet is easy to repair.

Urethane is more durable, yet expensive.

That bumper is nice, yet I wouldn't get it unless you have a large FMIC.

i don't know too much about the difference in fiberglass and urethane, but i was thinking of getting a fiberglass bumper and my friend who has had experience with it told me to never get fiberglass, chips and breaks all day.
