painting urethane?

hi all,does anyone now how to paint urethane,i've been told that you cant paint it normally because its really flexible and will crack the paint,but then they dont know how to paint it!!! any help would be great!!thanks,

err...same as any other way u paint things. Prep it and spray it.

Just make sure the paint u buy has the flex additive.
