Actually they are not all that easy to steal unless you have a monkey wrench on you. They are typical M6 x8mm Bolts with a bored and taped center to fit a screw in cap which has the logo stuck on the top. For the thief to steal just the cap it serves no purpose since there is no other screw on the market made to fit this cap for this same application. The bolts are specially machined.
