CRX at her first car show...
thanks guys. its a stock D16 from the wrecked car, nothing special to look at yet. i still need to clean it up and stuff
thanks brad- there are a LOT of small things you might miss.
and for the emblem thing. it does have holes for a front emblem. I have a red CTR H badge for it, but i have to line it up and get it on right and didn't have enough time before the show to get it on. but there will be one.. trust me. didnt spend all this money to fix a hood to leave 2 holes in it :P the hood is not new, it just had some body time and new paint
thanks guys

the car and paint look real nice, like stated above there are many lil things that you added that the avg person wouldn't be able to spot. The only thing i dislike is the rims, but it still looks good, i just would go with something else. But you get my props for a nice clean crx
ED9man. no large plans for any more major exterior or interior changes. Get the H badge on and maybe some rain visors. And probably wont be doing a JDM motor in this car for a while. Not going to be driven a lot, so i don't think it's worth it to a B16 yet. if the motor decides to go on me one day, then i might consider
As far as the wheels, they are sentimental to the original, BUT i do have some 15" Mugen RGs that i can use as well. I think the Villains or the RGs are more fitting for the style/era of the car. but thanks nonetheless for the kind words/opinions.

i bet most people wouldn't know half the stuff you did to that car! but i know that's what you like about it

i have to tell everyone about the comments i heard while you were out walking the field (this is Paul's GF)
i was sitting between our cars and these people went by (father and son... son might have been 14 yrs old) and the kid says "what is that??" then "i think its a CRX, but its MODIFIED!" then "i think they changed the steering wheel!"
then some other people walked by and said (about my RSX) "that's a nice mitsubishi... errr... honda?" i'm glad they didn't stop to chat about the car. i heard a bunch of younger guys on cell phones saying "yea, there's an RSX-S and a CRX here, that's about it" (or something to that effect) so i guess we were the highlight of the, albeit small, import class
