Default Reverse Glow Gauges?

I am planning on getting Reverse Glow Gauges for my 99 Civic but I am having trouble on deciding which one to get. Here are my two choices

Just because yours shorted out doesn't mean everyone's will. I have the reverse glow ones as well, and have had them for two years... no problems yet.

I've had mine for about 3 or 4 years (I don't really remember) and it still works fine.

All the indliglo gauges I've had last, but their 'glow' isn't as bright as they first were...
