First pic: Everyone said it, it is blurry. Get yourself a tri/mono pod. Don't just focus on getting the subject in the frame, the background plays a big part also. You have a big pole coming out the white car, and someone's brake lights on the left.

Second: This one has a better background...but "Liz Clarborne"? But like the first one, it is blurry. And I felt this one had better potential if only you would have took the same shot, but 3-4 feet lower (worms eye view). And then frame it so that your foreground doesn't consist of so much ground.

Yeah, my camera seems not to like to take pictures at night, heres a pic i took by myselft without my buddies ek, i got lucky and a train was passing by so i snapped a shot and heres what i got.
