check out my the custom rear area of my civic....i yanked the back seats for my system so i decided to try and clean it up...let me know what u think!

damn. Thats a lot of miles.... my D16z6 has 225,200. I like what you've done there.
Of course a good car is never done, right.

Looks nice....I was gonna do something like that with my gen2 ls before I sold it, but Instead of stubs I was gonna make a rack to store my tools, electric impact gun and the inverter to run it and a work light.

 

thanks guys....yeah, it didn't really take that long to do...it was just a matter of cutting the cardboard to size, and wrappin it in fabric....hopefully i'll get my hands on some black fabric to make it blend a little better....all i had was the blue so that's what i went with....thanks guys....

 

black fabric would look alot better, how does it sound? And i guess you don't like driving passengers around. What i always wondered is now that you converted your car into a two seater, and you have yourself and a passenger in your car, would that count (for places that have 2 seater carpools) as a two-seater carpool?

 

you used cardboard? How well is that gonna hold up in the long run? Wont the humidity and stuff cause the cardboard to deteriorate quickly? Does look good tho

 

yeah, for now this is only a temporary fix....i just needed something to cover up the very unclean looking stripped rear interior...i'll wind up using something else to replace the cardboard....but as for now...it looks pretty good i think....it's really light, so that's what i liked about the cardboard....the real reason i pulled my back seats out is cause i don't like having to cart people around, and when i go back to college in the fall, that's the last thing i want to have to worry about....thanks for the input guys....
