It's the Acura OEM body kit.
It was available from dealers as an accessory and has since been discontinued. Some dealers might still have one or two in stock, but the supply is definitely quite small.

Some guy on ebay was selling a fiberglass version of this kit,so someone is making replicas. He didn't know the maker. Does anyone know of an after market maker of this kit (since the dealers' oem stock is done)

yes i did, got them brand new, in box, factory painted. and i got them at cost. i <3 my job @ acura 
im still waiting for airon to get off his lazy ass and ship the comptech/ww itr front lip to me :sad:

Im kinda bringing back an old topic but i was looking for the OEM body kit and i came across this fiberglass version of the side skirts. It's supposed to be for the JDM replacement but looks like the OEM to me. The front and rear lips are pretty easy to find so there you go.
