I have a set of tenzo R rally seats that have been bleached by the sun. They used to be red and now they're pink. Actually they're almost white at this point. Anyway the guy that had the seats before me started to paint them black with interior paint, but can't I just dye them black and get the same effect. I'm worried about the paint comming off. What kind of dyes can I use that will be OK to use on the foam?

 

Do not use paint. Bad Bad Bad! Any die will do. Just make sure you read the box b4 trying to go do what you don't know. Goodluck.

 

the dye won't deteriorate the foam in the seats? That's what I'm mainly concearned about.

 

the dye might rub off on ur clothes though
