I would like to clean up my engine bay and was wondering what my fellow HANer's use? I don't want something too expensive although nothing that won't work properly. Thanks for your suggestions.

I have read that others have used "Simple Green" for cleaning under that hood. Is this a good product to use?

 

Yeah, I use Simple Green whenever I clean my engine bay. I just cover up the battery and distributor area with plastic bags. Then start spraying, leave for 5 mins, and rinse off.

edit: I use Simple Green automotive, but it works just as well as the regular Simple Green.

 

Any degreaser will work just fine. Also think about getting the detail spray. That makes your bay nice and shiny
