Dude don't go 18, seriously. Stick with 17s as ur highest choice bro. Nice overall, and I think the wheels you got now are good enough. :goodjob:

jus wondering...would it affect my ride if i got some 18's?....

16" are the best all around rims . Now 17" is pushing it but everyone does it . But 18" is just not worth the strees on your motor and tranny . Your gonna have a harder ride due to really low pros . Just get 16-17"

Yes it will. The bigger the rim on a civic the more bumps you feel I do believe. Plus with the 18s, like honura said, you'll have to have really low profile tires and that makes you feel more bumps as well. Plus, the bigger the rims the slower your car goes, cause bigger the wheel the more torque it takes to turn them. I say 17's if you want to look good and not go for too much speed and 15s or 16s if u want to look good and have a lil more speed. Just my $0.02 though. h:
