96-00 Civic Taillights
Certain colored cars could get away with pulling off the all clear tails look. Silver, white, and maybe (and I do mean maybe) black. Might want to check your local vehicle codes to see if you could use such tail lamps. Some states might allow it as long as it emits a red light (using re bulbs) when you step on the brakes.
If you do decide to get them, you could get creative with them. Try painting the other (lower) half red, or smoking them out. Either way, if you really want to do something different with the rear end without resorting to the euro tail look, this isn't a bad alternative.

For some reason the guy that is selling them is saying that the taillights are factory lights that came off a 96 Civic.
Came off a new Honda Civic when it was customized - selling Factory OEM lenses as they are - can't say whether they are tight fit or not but work for a 96
