I'm guessing that you're asking if you have to purchase shocks as well as buying the lowering springs?
If so, it's not necessary, but recommended. Just because the fact that after a couple of months of driving with lowering springs on your OEM shocks, they'll eventually blow.
It's more of a convenience when you take out your suspension once and install everything simultaneously.
