Front Conversions on del sol

well it's not worth it if you spend 5000.. to make my conversion as clean as it is.. an get my car painted it costed me 600$ an i got a hella nice paint job an i got the insides of my doors done too.. they make thhe conversion clean as hell... but eith those front ends would be hella exspensive.. but unique as hell.. he wants the attention... i love it when people stair at my car an ask questions...lol
i'm gonna change my back lights to s2k an the conversion will cost me 400.00$ an 600.00$ for the body work an get the whole car repainted..

nope its too big and out of shape, fuck why dont we all just put Supra lights on our civics and tegis, it just doesnt make sense to spend up to $5000 to get an front end from an totaly diff. car, the only front end converion that looks great would be the JDM conversion done to the USDM tegi thats it, guys who change the front end of an del sol or civic or whatever just dont have the imagination to work with the stock lights, or just like wasting money on bullshit, or want to win a few throphys , dunno its a lil :werd:

ok my bad, just doesnt seem worth it, thats all im trying to say, if you guys like the s2k tails go head, im just saying you could spend your money on something else... but i get what you are sayin, a lot of people dont know what im driving untill they see the back and look at the acura badge, so i do understand why you might want to do an wild conversion like that, and can any one post some pics so i can see, i have seen it last year at an auto show... forgot how they look.

it's pointless to do any conversion. it doesnt make finnancial sense at all, the end result ends up looking like a car you probably could have bought stock. and it's just a universal waste of money

well you drive a car that everyone see's everyday.. dont hate cause nobody say's your car's hella cool... it's just a stock car... conversions make car's unique... an dont act like when you see a car with a conversion you dont stair too...lol... an say wow tight car... cause when i go to the street races i got hella people askin shit about my car all the time...

i'm gonna have to agree. i'm planning a huge conversion here soon... and i know exactly y i wanna do it. it's a challenge. a challenge to do something everyone hasn't seen. it may cost money... but i'm gonna do it to test myself. i'm a body tech by trade... and custom fab is my favorite hobby. i want to do it for myself... i really don't care how many other ppl like it.
if i walk out of my house in the morning... look @ my car and get butterflies... then i did something right.

it isnt nessicarily a waste of money if you want to convert your car. some people may think that it is a waste of money to put a turbo kit in your car because they can be unreliable and get worse gas mileage. people want what they want. if YOU want it, its not a waste of money but it can be to other people (thats why they dont do it).everyone just has their own preffrences to their own car.
