Painting Callipers
Any high temp engine paint will work. I painted mine black just because I didn't see the point in making stock calipers stand out. That was like 18 months ago and they still look great. Definitely a good idea if you want to improve the look. Just don't go crazy with yellows and greens. Paint them black, silver, or red. Anything else is just not right.
G2 caliper paint is top notch. i've used heat resistant paint before and it ends up looking horrible after 2 months. G2 sticks well and forms a rubbery coat over the caliper. it's extremely shiny, dries quickly, and more than enough to cover 2 cars.

i used basic spray paint that i had left over...it's been on for about 5 months and looks fine. I'm guessing i'll have to end up using something else later on, but this seemed to work pretty well and cost me like 3 bucks.
I painted my calipers on my old car with 1,500 degree engine paint, and they look perfect after almost a year. Unfortunately, it's a bitch to clean them unless you paint them black.
Before you paint them use something like naval jelly to remove the rust from the caliper so it sort of preps it. Make sure you have all the jelly of, then paint away. I think after about 3 coats it looked so fresh and so clean. Also, remember than you will need to tape of your brake pads, rotors, etc.
