What lip is this?

Before I get grilled and everyone says MUGEN LIP, notice there is another hole/gap in the middle? Is that in all Mugen lips, I thought they only had one on each side?

That is not a hole/gap in the middle of the lip. Thats the MUGEN aluminun plaque that your seeing.
