You're looking for an OEM-looking dual system that is lighter than the Fujitsubo or the A'pexi WS, is quiet, makes more power, and is under $1500 -- sorry, that doesn't exist. As umop-apisdn said, the closest would be the Mugen, but even that doesn't have any meaningful power gains.
My $0.02 - both the Fuji and A'pexi exhausts are excellent. I listened to both before getting the Fuji, mainly because I liked the looks more. Although power gains are minimal, both will save about 30lbs over the stock exhaust.
