You just said you have seen s2ks run 13s on the "1/4 times" but over here you only see s2ks run 14.7 If you only run a 14.7 in a stock s2k you need to learn how to drive

Most come with a fuel pump and FMU...that's generally considered fuel management. I think you're talking about an EMS.
