this is probably goin to sound stupid to some. But i have never installed taillights and im wondering if u could give me a site or ne help u could offer on how to remove them

Not owning an RSX I wouldn't really know, but usually all you have to do is look for the nuts or you may need to remove some carpreting. Stock tails on the RSX look good to me, what are you replacing them with?????? Don't say tezzers either please.

 

Yea...there's 4 screws from the inside and i kno about that carpenting stuff...but after taking out the screws and unhooking the bulbs...it is stuck still...i've been trying to pry evry which way and they wont come out...lol and yes its thoes kind...they were a gift from my gf so i have to have em for a bit...lol...thanks

 

Refuse to assist with your problem. Maybe in my own little way I'll prevent another set of cheezers going on an otherwise very tasteful vehicle. Sorry.

 

ok, here is what I did with the gf. I only did this b/c I didn't want to hurt her feelings and all of us have some gift that we never wanted or ever asked for.

1/ tell her tezzers are illegal b/c there is no side reflector
2/ attract too much attention from cops and would be thieves (com'on you've got an RSX S, you don't want it stolen)
3/ tell her tezzers don't give off enough light and you are afraid people can't see it.

It worked for me! I told her that and she was not hurt when I got my red/ clears. :yay:

Stock > tezzers

Tezzers = :ghey:

ok maybe im confused now....tezzers = ? (other than gay) lol...becuase these are only red/clear and there is a reflector on the sides...maybe im missin sumthin...

Show pics of the new lights! You shouldn't get blocked if you play it off right. You just have to show her how much you appreciate it and spin it off as a good thing to get rid of it. I used some technical jargon that my gf didn't understand. I didnt do it to lie to her, but to spare her feelings.

u can't see the side but tehre's a reflector on the side too...

They aren't too bad, but I still like the stockers better. Are you going to try to get out of it anyway? Did she buy them for you? Did you choose them? You could tell her that the fitment isnt even close to good as OEM (as they prob arent).
