looks like u just started with the car theme.
18 inch rims... i m not sure i understand your question... if it's your car, u are free to do whatever u want, as long as it's not ricey...
if u mean will 18 fit, then sure they fit. the question is, do u have the power to use that big of a wheel. if u remain mostly stock, just want the looks, 18 is fine until u want to race, then those wheels will drag u, not by much tho. i have like 205hp on the wheels, and i use 17s, i can use 18s but they will be heavy unless u get some expensive forged wheels.

18's will physically fit the car, for that matter so will 19's if that is the look you want. You have to stay as close as possible to the outside diameter of the stock wheel and tire package (24.88"). The profile of your tires becomes smaller and you are more likely to damage the wheel and tire when you hit something in the road.
I am running 17" rims with 225/45/ZR17's, that are only slightly larger in diameter (.09") than the stock combo, and they came out to the same weight as the stock combo.

I put 18's on my rsx. Someday they will be raplaced with 17" bronze volk te37's though. They fit good and I don't notice any power loss. Maybe a little heavy but that is it. I don't race my car though so I don't care. That is what the hatch is for, hehe.
