the first 3000 of the rsx-s had problems with their shift gates. the rest are fine as far as i have seen. oh and stupid drivers as well, it takes a while getting used to the close gear ratio, and many downshift into second rather then going to fourth when necessary. this WILL blow the engine, when the 6 speed celica gt-s first came out, everyone was saying it had tranny problems as well, same case..

I assume you guys are putting 19's on this purely for looks and also realize the consquences of putting 19's on a car.

Well, if you don't know...this will happen when you put 19's on there:

1. It'll look nice
2. More rubbing....lots more if you lower the car...definitely a lot more rubbing if you go with wider tires.
3. Loss of power...you should know this already....heavier wheels = less power

Losing power is one of the most common things that will happen....but if that's what will make you happy...more power to you. IMO....17's are the highest I would go with.

1. Yes.
2. My 19"s don't rub on my accord.
3. My 19" Racing Hart M5's weigh 19 lbs. My OEM wheels weighed 25lbs. Cheap rims weigh more. But when you drop $8K (CAD) You tend to get quality wheels with less weight.

Rotational Mass ownz joO...

just cause the rims weighs in less than smaller ones doesn't mean it still won't slow you down. The larger the rims the more weight there is brought farther away from the center. No way around that one bro :slap:

Those wheels are practically on all their show cars.

You'll probably have to roll the fenders if you're going to run a lowered suspension on those 19s.
