Over at ClubRSX the Hondata reflash is considered God, especially on the 02-04s. It significantly increases power across the board, but especially in the midrange. Honda incorporated some similar changes to the ecu in the 05+ models, and found 10 extra hp and a better midrange. I'd definitely recommend the Reflash on an 04. I'm considering getting it someday for my 05, but I don't think I drive enough right now to get my money's worth out of it.
and i have no intention of making this a race car...its pretty quick now but a little bit more "pep" would be nice... some more mid range power so i dont always have to downshift would be great.

Full race kit doesnt turn your car into a race car its just a very solid turbo kit, here is a link to it

Now InlinePro makes another kit which is alot cheaper. about 3400 or so, theres is also a very solid kit, either of these you can easily get 350 to 400 on the stock motor.

i have experienced a small problem with the tranny.... i know all about the grinds and what not but when i down shifted from 6th to 4th on the highway doing about 80 (about 3700 rpm in 6th) after the shift was completed the tranny made a banging noise...i know that cant be good and its still warrantied for 3 more years.

i have the AEM v2 intake and decent exhaust...
im planning on going with all royal purple oil (engine and tranny)
the car is pretty quick the way it sits but i want it a little be quicker...
the reflash is like 500$ and dont you have to mail them your ecu? that means i wont have a car to drive for a day or two (probably longer)
