amp hook up

hey i have an '02 rsx and when i installed a sub and amp, the sub only comes on while the radio plays. it doesn't come on with a cd. I'm confused..

You have the amp remote wire hooked up to the power antenna wire on the head unit. It may be a blue wire if so hook it up the blue wire with white strip or vise verus.
