There might me one or two minor things (like how the CDN RSX gets heated seats but the US one doesn't) but no significant difference if at all.

I have an 04 Civic SIR and from what I have heard, the differences between SI and the SIR is the SIR has heated mirrors and ABS brakes other than that it is pretty much the same. The SIR was discontinued in 2004, it was only made from 2002 to 2004 then they decided to stop making it.
