Default Shift Knob for Si

My stock '03 Civic Si's shift knob is pretty worn out from the previous owner and I'm looking for a decent aftermarket knob... any recommendations?? Don't know if there's anything specific for the Si's, as the stick on these are positioned uniquely compared to other vehicles. (Don't even know if the boot can be replaced).
