If you own a RSX..
Hi,
I have read many articles about the RSX comparing it to other cars...etc. If you own a RSX, please tell me what you like about it most and hate about it most. I am currently looking to buy one, so I'd like to know first-hand from owners about it. Thanks a bunch!

it's slower than most other sport compacts in it's range (srt-4, wrx) but it has more refinement, i looked at them for a while and really liked them, but ended up getting a GSR
the one thing that i didnt like about the RSX is the macpherson front suspension, i like having double wishbones on all 4 corners. other than that
honestly look at the new civic SI
sure it's a tad bit heavier and 10 less horse, but the wheel hop control mounts work great, or so TOV says, so i'm sure that the times will be near or dead on with the RSX, plus it's most likely going to be less expensive

What are you going for? Looks? Cheap speed? Overall daily driver?
Iv'e had my RSX for 4 years + and i've had no real problems to speak of (and my dealer took care of the little ones like a little trunk problem I had).
The things I like about it:
-Looks nice
-Nice interior
-Good Mileage
-Performance that's good enough for me
-Luxurious enough for me
Things I dislike:
-The paint on car could be better, there are sooooo many chips on my front bumper.
-Sometimes I dislike having an FWD.
-The tires suck
Quite a few members have problems with the transmission, luckily I experienced the grinding for maybe a week or so and then it somehow went away
But back to my first statement...if you want cheap speed get the SRT-4 ACR, if you want Luxury go for the TSX, if you want a bit more refined performance get the WRX, but overall I like the RSX the most. of course, the new Civic will be a good bargain too, like a cheaper RSX almost. Who knows whats in store for the RSX for the 2007 model year...
If I had to redo my purchase it'd be between the RSX and RX-8, most likely the RX-8 just because I really like it

they are very expensive both my o2 sensors went and they were 300 each just for the sensor once you hit like 70k one thing after another goes..literally when you done fixing it you drive you engine light goes back on and its always a different code mine went from a wheel bearing to the primary o2 sensor to the secondary to the alternator no its some air feul mixture sensor
i love my s-type. yeah an srt4 is faster but the resale on the thing sucks. i have never had a rattle or squeak and i like spirited driving, i am on my second set of tires at 16,000 miles. i have test driven the wrx. stock for stock i like the rsx much better. modified the FI cars will win HP contests for sure.
i have no regrets with my rsx other than i long to drive a RWD car from time to time.
for the $ the new civic si seems to be the way to go IMO rsx performance at a lower price

pro: hadling is AWSOME!!! no complain about that, nice shape, if u put HID in it looks even better (i put HID in mine) no regrads at all!
con: not enough storage space in the front seat. other than that, the car is AWSOME!!!
