You'll need the $$ for lawyers and fines when you get arrested. That's if you're lucky. If you're not lucky you'll need at least that much for burial expenses.
You have a nice new machine. Use your head while enjoying it on the street, take it to the track if you want to race. Try autocross since it's relatively cheap, readily available and by all acounts a great challenge. Or you can idolize Paul Walker...your choice.

I bought 05 type s brand new and asked the dealer what can i put on that won't void the warranty.
Headers, Intake (Cold air must have bypass filter or you will hydrolock the motor and the dealer will not replace it), Cat-Back system( you will feel some gains depending on the type ie. Apexi, Comptech, TODA, etc.), any bolt on superchargers or turbos will void entire warranty (Depends on your local dealer, I have a buddy in Vegas who bought RSX and a supercharger as long as the dealer installed it) even if you cahnge your intake manifold, throttle body even if you crack the head to chane anything.
My suggestion is look at the long run whether beating a new car down is going to last more than it should have.
ALSO VERY IMPORTANT WAIT TILL ITS BROKEN IN AT LEAST 2500 MILES OR IT WILL RUN LIKE CRAP!! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!

I would suggest suspension upgrades to start out. No sense in upgrading the engine first if you cannot apply the power to the ground efficiently while turning.

He's a street racer living his life a quarter mile at a time. He could care any les s about handling, safety, or intelligence. hE rAwkZ.
I think he should get some headers, drive around 7000 RPMS for about 20 minutes and hold his headers as punishment.

Are you planning to boost in the future? If so you should just save your money. Or if you can find used parts i/h/e with tuning can produce significant gains for the type s. I say buy used parts because when you decide to go turbo later on, you wont take too big of a hit when you sell your parts.
