Default Tein dampers?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the short springs go on the front or back on a rsx with tien dampers

i have tein coilovers on my gsr, and i love them one of the nicest coilovers would recommened them 100%

Please help. I think the short springs go on the front but my friend says its the other way around

It is the other way around. The shorter spring usually goes in the back because there is less weight.

Im not saying you are wrong about the shorter being in the back, but a shorter spring of the same size/material will be stiffer. kinda like having a little rubber rubber band as opposed to a long one.
