the dc5 k series responds to mods better
since the b18c is already tweaked from the factory and is already making more than 100hp per liter

I have two 01 R's, my R ran a 14.5 three times in a row with no mods and my wife's ran 14.9 best. When I had the 200hp '02 type S it was definitely not faster than either of the R's. I ran a 16 second 1/4 (bad driving) and the best I've seen at the track with mods was a 14.1 (all motor). The R is lighter than the S and I believe in combination with an LSD it has a clear advantage. As for the 210hp, I think it is still a lot to ask for 10hp to make close to a half second difference in the 1/4. I could be wrong. What are the new S's running or projected to run?
