PROBLEM need pro to help
i have 2002 rsx base now i want to install type-s motor...do i need type-s ECU or can i use the base one.?? if use the type-s do i need to convert anything.???i hope just plug and play...

You'd be better off selling the base RSX and buying a used Type S. You can get a 2002 Type S with about 40k miles for around $15k. Its not worth the hassle trying to convert a base to a Type S. And I am pretty sure base ECU will not work.
