Hi all,

I know I can get the OEM front lip for the RSX from the dealer, but I wanted to see if I can get it elsewhere for cheaper. Anyone have quotes from different locations?

I am from CA btw

ive been wanting to get the whole kit for my car too, but with the possible remodel of the '05's places will want to get rid of the 02-04 kits at a cheaper price
sorta like what happened to the 98-01 integra oem kits after the rsx came out

 

Yeah, just keep an eye out on the forums and ebay. That's about the only thing you can do besides pay in gold for them.

Hey Airhead , I thought the RSX is a 02 model. Wouldn't the possible new design be an '06?? Maybe my math is off LOL

In all honesty, I'll probably hold off on it for a while. My office's parking lot has those damn parking blocks that goes up pretty high...with my dumb luck I'll probably scrape the lip the first week with it on anyway

 

honda/acura is not going to do a 8 year run on the 4th gen integs/rsx like they did with the 3rd gen

there has already been news through the dealerships about minor front and rear changes to the vehicles (like the minor 98 changes in the integ) for 2005.

And if the rumored "minor cosmetic changes" do happen for 2005 then I'm glad I got a first-gen RSX. Sounds like they're going to be getting rid of some of it's personality...
