Is this a good price?
Well the local Acura dealership has a 2002 premium white RSX Type S with 32k on it. they are asking $18999 for it but when i test drove it, the lady said she could probably get me 1k to 1.5k off the price. well if i could get it down to 17 even, do you think that would be a good price? the car is in great shape and i really want to get it. after driving that car, my GSR feels like a turd. well let me know if i should go ahead and snag it up. also, i would probably have them include the lip kit and the type r wing (or whatever the higher wing is called) so i could just put that in with the amount of the loan i will need. so what do you think all that should cost me? thanks, im a noob to rsx's
the "higher" wing is the a-spec wing, and you can only get it from the factory with the whole a-spec kit. (mine is on order right now, i got a hell of a deal on it and the car because my brother works for acura). you can, however, get an aftermarket spoiler that looks just like it, for a couple hundred bucks plus paint. the a-spec kit comes with a "lip kit" as well that will run you about another $1000, but you can get that without getting the whole a-spec kit (according to my brother, its $8000 retail (installed) for the whole kit, which includes the spoiler, front/rear lips and side skirts, 17" wheels, suspension upgrade, titanium interior trim, all-silver shift knob, and yokohama tires)
check it on kbb.com, but 17k sounds fair
