BARichello
from what i read...Button doesn't want to leave BAR for Williams...Sato doesn't want to leave BAR and it is now confirmed that Barichello has been in talks with BAR
Sato is praying that Button goes so he is guaranteed his seat at BAR...if Button stays and Barichello jumps on board Sato will be a test driver (he's really not doing that well of job as he often overdrives the car - damaging radiator fins underneath the car when he goes too far over the curbing causing enigine to overheat - makes errors like hitting the wrong switch causing the car to stall, etc. However, he is exciting to watch as last year during qualifying spinning in the last chicane, just missing the wall and getting back on course to even outqualify a toyota and minardi

Williams is running Cosworth engines next year, right? If Button is contractually forced to drive for Williams next year, hopefully they can turn things around a bit. I think he deserves a little step down. I agree that Sato can be exciting at times, but exciting doesn't mean good lap times. IIRC, Barichello also made statements complimenting the Toyota team in the same way as Honda.
Williams options for next year are Cosworth(yay old school), Honda(less old school) or Lexus(re-badged toyota).
Williams has won a billion titles with Cosworth, and with next years new v8's, it would be especially nostalgic, as it would be reminiscient of the old Cosworth DFV motor that led Williams to its glory years. Honda and Williams had 3 championships together, but they had a falling out.
I doubt Reubens will go to Toyota, Ralf and Trulli's contracts are locked in.
