Default Whats the best Suspension Set-up

Ok everyone I have a 97 Prelude and I am looking for a suspension set-up. Money is not a problem on this one, but I need ideas for a full suspension set-up. This includes tie bars, sway bars, and a lowering set-up of some sort. The rims I will be using are 17" Racing Hart CP-35's. As well please give me your imput on tires what brand, and what series. The set-up up will be daily driven, as well as auto-X.

Thanks

Tein SS (HA if you're not so picky about the stiffness)
Progress Rear Sway
whatever tie bar you want
215/40/17 S-03's

I'm getting JIC 15way adjustable (Forgot the exact model)
and I have Spoon front/rear strut tower bars....

I'm still on stock suspension, and with the strut bars and some fat tires I'm actually ok...

Koni struts and ground control coilovers with neuspeed strut bar and sway bars is the way to go... its a decent ride and cornering is insane.
