i have seen a couple preludes with slanted eyebrows on the lights where can I find them?

 

Most are probably just vinyl that's cut on an angle to create "eyebrows".Wings West and Erebuni make actual eyebrows that replace the nostrils as well.They're a little pricy though and any eyebrow affects the amount of light coming out of your headlight too.

 

vis makes carbon fiber ones for the 5th gen which if I remember correctly is what you had

 

If you wanna go for the long run, and best match you can get it painted, my brothers 5th gen has painted eyebrows, but at night when he turns on his hids you can sort of see threw it from us close, i dont know if that happens with vinyl.

Eyebrows are just cosmetic,they give the car a kind of mean scowling look.I'm sure you've seen them on other cars.I had the vinyl ones for a bit but I got sick of them, plus they really affected driving visability at night.The light partially showed through them as well,they're okay and can look really good, but they aren't for me anymore.
