Default AEM FuelRails & Pulleys

Just want to get some opinions from some 5th gen owners with these mods. Was their noticeable performance gains? Is it a wise investment? How is their reliability? Is their a different performance upgrade that you might recommend for my situation?

I have a 00 Prelude base with i/h/e.

The pulleys I would say go for, the fuel rail is a waste of money unless you need to push more fuel through which you dont'. Most of the people with pulleys love them, to be honest when I put them on I didn't notice a difference except the car seemed to idle a little smoother.
