hey machine i resent that, i made a mistake everyone does, i learn of my own mistakes atleast i got balls to do it, i have installed so much shit to my car this is my first **** up, and its gonna cost me, so **** off. and to monkey everyone is entitles to their own opinion so you not opening your mouth is a good thing, some people have diffrent taste some like plain old stock and some like to customize, diffrent is better and do what you want with your car, dont hate.

neons are cool, but not while driving. we do a lot of hanging out around the cars at night and they are useful with a tight system.

 

i think neon doesn't belong on cars, it belongs in windows, and on marquees. Unless your car is a marquee...

here's what i think, calling that much attention to your car by attaching blinking lights in ugly flourescent colors is clue #1 to me that there's nothing to see.

 

Are in USA illegal using neon inside or outside? In Italy where I live ...............cop killing you if they stop !!!! Sorry for my language...............but I m Italian. Ikeroad

yeah they are illegal if you have them turned on while driving. The cops wont kill us, but they will kick the crap out of us.

 

Well, to those of you who think that they should not even put the neons on, thats fine, thats your take on the subject. Others feel differently. I have been to the Carlisle, Pennsylvania Sport Compact show (which is the one of the largest around, other than going to the Nopi Nationals in Flordia) and plenty of other Sport Compact owners have neon as well. And as Hot Lude 93 said, if hooked up correctly, meaning clean wiring, and hidden tubes they are quite an attention getter. I have not ever heard anything negative said about my car and/or neons at car shows or at the Cecil County, Maryland drag strip. If anything it brings people to talk to you about the car, and gets the girls
