"Chris Webmaster" he's the one who pays for the site and stuff... he's 90% final word.
"drumsy" is another admin. He seems to handle more of the technical aspect and the maintance and guts of the board.
"94civicEX" chanc! I think he's the one in charge of actually doing the orders for the stickers. Other than that... I think he's just a back up admin h: he hangs out in the basement a lot.
