tranny swap

Is there a manual transmission I could use to bring my RPM's down on the highway to improve gas mileage and save on engine wear? I am currently at 3250 at 60mph. If I could just change gear ratios I would consider that too.

FD 4.062

at 60 you would be around 2500 rpm.
