blown fuse..

Default blown fuse..

blah jus started this forum, and my radio doesnt work... it worked for a good 3 daiz, den it wont turn on
im suspecting it to be a blown fuse, but i checked da fuse box, and which fuse is the radio fuse...
the manual is garbage and doesnt tell me a thing.

this is a 5th gen prelude year 2000....

its not a stock radio, its a cheap kenwood kdc mp819 mp3 player..
can anyone tell me where da radio fuse is on this prelude

Have you checked the hood. I don't know much about fifth gen, but on my 4th Gen. The radio fuse is in under the hood with the engine fuses.

The fuse for the radio is up against the firewall in a black box in the engine compartment. The 7.5 is the fuse for the radio. Pulling it will reset the ECU and you will lose your Presets. This wouldnt apply in your case, but you would also need the security code if you had the stock radio. I think that fuse also protects the clock on the dash.....
