Default clock/radio not working. shorted out...

hm..i rigged up the switch to reset my ecu a few weeks ago. I wanted to light up the switch so i grounded the switch where it was supposed to be grounded at. I accidently hit the wire that was part of the ECU circuit.

Now my clock doesnt work, radio doesnt turn on, and that's all i've found right now.

I was wondering if i blew a fuse or something somewhere?

Had to only be a fuse. Usually those will go first before shorting out wires in your car

Any idea how accurate those instructions are for a 96 prelude?

you should try disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery before attempting any electrical modifications.

you're lucky you didnt fry the ecu.
