Default Blacking out emblems

I have a black prelude and i was considering blacking out the emblems on front and back. I got the idea from nissan and dont think it looks half bad. I was woundering if any1 has any pics/knows what color it is on the maximas emblems.

best thing to do would be to take off the emblem and shave the paint off and fill the holes if it was wired down, then just got to a paintshop and get touch up, cost abot 50 bux

Shaving emblems is not something that comes out nice for $50. One of my friends just had his sprayed black for his black car but they aren't on the car yet. I'll post some pics when he's done with them.

dude, if you want black emblems on your black car, just pop them off, get some high-temp plasti-kote paint (just cause it's more durable), sand down the chrome finish of your emblems, spray 'em, and throw 'em back on the car. it'll be like 8 bucks for paint & sandpaper.

we're talking about the other person here. THEY are the ones that need help so if your best friends dad has a shop, your advice isnt of any use to them.

ps- i'd do what k.a.y. said.... or shave them.
