What year engines would fit in a 1991 Prelude. Auto or manual.

 

You could put an H22 motor in there if you have the money to do that kind of swap

 

any engine will fit from any of the years... auto or manual......

 

i recommend putting an engine from an 88-91 back in. wether it be the b20 or the b21. you will have too many problems to solve if you do a major swap. u can do auto or manual but if you are switching from auto to manual then there is a tad bit more work to it. you will have to cut holes for the clutch. and u will need an ecu and tcu for it.
