Anyone Cleared Orange Out of Their 5th Gen. Taillights?
#5
I've done it. I just used a flathead screw driver and broke the orange pieces into small enough pieces for it to fall out, then I used a vaccum to suck out any small pieces that didn't fall out....

I was also thinking of doing this and putting in red bulbs. I'm just wondering if any1 here has any pics of what it looks like when the signals are lit up, whether it actually looks red or not (opposed to orange-red or pink or something like that).

Very tedious and risky idea to take appart tail lamp assemblies. You risk breaking the seals and collecting moisture. Moisture doesn't look good and obviously decreases the lamp life.
