I think you should fit just fine. Preludes are pretty much a two seater because the back seats are so small. As long as you don't haul alot of people around you should be fine. I am 5'10" and 140lbs and I cant drive in comfort with people in the back.

im 6 foot even about 250lbs and the only complaint i have about it is the seat is a little tight around the shoulder blades the getting in and out takes a little to get used to (especially after driving a Jeep for years) but you will get the hang of it

I'm about 6' .... 6'1" on a good day and probably pushing 260-270. I have a 96. Works fine for me. Like ludeatic said, getting in and out can be very diffrent if used to something else.
Most of my family has Jeeps, so they poke fun at how low it is and how I could bottom out if someone were just to put a sticker on the road I'd hit it.
And I agree with the back seat... Prelude's are a 2 seater... I like to refer to the "back seat" as the extra shelf for junk.

yea the backseat is basically to keep insurance prices down from it being classified as a "two seater" Im 6'3, mine is a 5th gen so its a lil different, but when I put the seat all the way back I need to pull it up a little bit so length wise isnt the problem, just the headroom sometimes......
