This may sound kind of dumb but what exactly is a type R? Is it a certain model of honda and will type R parts fit a car like my 96 Si Prelude?

 

type-r is the japanese version.. or the usdm type-r closely resembles the japanese type r with more aggressive parts and upgraded stuff. there is no prelude type r, it's a type-s. but i'm not aware of anything that will really fit. the engine stuff is for a b-series motor... wich is smaller then the h22a.

There IS a Prelude Type S? I didn't think any preludes came in TypeR or TypeS. Would have been interesting to see what they made though.
